Since the startup 14 years ago, Hantai has been carrying out annual company tour each year, usually in summer. We believe this is a good way for us to find the balance out of hard work.
2010, the 2nd year after Hantai was established in 2009, the first annual company tour was made in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province.
2023, after 3 years suspension of annual company tour (because of COVID), we resumed the wonderful tradition. In August, we took the tour in the beautiful islands in Zhoushan, Zhejiang province, participated by customized insulation jacket department & office staff. The sunrise at dawn, the ancient Chinese architectures, the beach, seafood, everything is telling us “It is the right time, the right place.”
Due to the busy working schedule, the staff of firesleeve department were not able to join the 1st tour. They made it some days two weeks ago when the factory had to close due to the local power rationing. They were so happy to catch a break.
How time flies! It’s been 14 years, hair has turned grey, and wrinkles have started to grow on the faces! Hantai has grown from a small workshop with 20 people to now a professional and modernized factory with 110 people, and its production capacity for firesleeve has been expanded from 0.24 million meters to now 3 million meters. Thermal insulation jacket department was set up in 2018, while we started in 2009 only with firesleeve.
