• Temp. rating: 1000°C

• Advantages: Higher heat resistance; steel mesh provides resistance against vibration/friction for longer life.

2. Insulation Layer

Ceramic Fiber Wool

Ceramic fiber wool

Long-term use: 1260°C

• Advantages: Far superior insulation and structural stability above 600°C.

3. Outer Layer

4. Edge Treatment

Steel-mesh Bound Edges

• Advantages: Prevents cracking from vibration/friction, improving product lifespan and reliability.
