In June 2026, we visited LENFLEX, a leading hydraulic hose and fitting manufacturer in Southern China founded in 2003. This article takes you through the complete hydraulic hose production process — from rubber compound mixing with Korean-sourced high-grade rubber, through inner tube extrusion, steel wire braiding and spiral winding, outer cover extrusion, vulcanization, to final testing and packing. Hantai has supplied more than 22 million meters of firesleeve worldwide, with a large proportion used to protect hydraulic hoses.
· Hantai Products & Our Philosophy
Hantai products are often serving industrial customers. For example, one of the most regular applications for Hantai firesleeve is to protect hydraulic hoses or other industrial pipes. On June 14th, with the support of Mr Daniel Leung, the vice general manager of LENFLEX, the leading hydraulic hose and fitting manufacturer in Southern China, we visited LENFLEX facility. This tour unveiled how a reliable hydraulic hose is produced and delivered to worldwide customers.
LENFLEX is a company founded in 2003, one of the biggest impressions is that LENFLEX insists on adopting super reliable raw material source. Rubber is one of the key ingredients for rubber hose and hydraulic hoses, for more than 20 years, LENFLEX has adopted high grade rubbers from Korea.
