Fire Sleeve Adhesion Testing Method —— Find Out the Firesleeve Performance

Fire sleeve, a high-temperature resistant material, is valued for its fire resistance, molten metal splashes protection, thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties, making it ideal for protecting hoses, cables and tubes.

High-Temperature-fire-sleeve

As a professional manufacturer, Hantai emphasizes not only the performance of fire sleeve but also the production process, particularly the adhesion between the fiberglass sleeve and silicone rubber coating. This adhesion is critical for three aspects.

Thermal Stability

Strong adhesion ensures that the firesleeve maintains its structural integrity and insulation performance in high-temperature environments, such as industrial furnaces, while minimizing the risk of deformation or damage.

Chemical Resistance

Fire sleeve’s excellent adhesion prevents chemical penetration, enhancing resistance to corrosion, especially in chemical industry applications.

Mechanical Strength

High adhesion improves tensile, compressive and impact resistance, ensuring durability under external forces.

Hantai prioritizes adhesion testing in its production process, using specialized equipment to ensure consistent quality and performance of its fire sleeves.
