DESCRIPTION
HANTAI® Silica Fiber Sleeve protects hose, cables, tubes and wires from hazards of extreme high heat, frame and molten splashes. Braided from pure silica fiber (SiO2 content ≥94%), it is able to withstand continuous use at 1832°F(1000°C) and short-term exposure up to 3000°F(1650°C), while remains minimum lineal shrinkage under extreme heat conditions. Resistant to common chemicals and solvents, this high temperature silica sleeve can be cut easily with scissors and expands to allow effortless installation. It is ideal for protection of delicate components and personnel from exposure to high temperature exhaust systems and pipes.
