Abstract: Hantai is a company specializes in producing fire sleeve. Through the 13 years of development, Hantai experienced 5 times expansion. The latest one is in 2022, Hantai builds two new workshops to increase the firesleeve production capacity by 30% and enhance the warehouse by 316%. This will significantly enable Hantai to better serve the worldwide customers with different types of firesleeve with a reliable quality. Hantai will adhere to working out more new firesleeve products to further offer global customers a thermal insulation solution.
There is a Chinese proverb that says “If you want to do a good job, you must first sharpen your tools”. Hantai is convinced of it and keeps improving and looking for a better solution in the production equipment for firesleeve and related products.
From last year to beginning of this year, we completed the upgrade of our fire sleeve production plants. Not only did we take the lead to move in the up-to-date environmental protection equipment, but we also upgraded our firesleeve production plants and warehouse.
As of now, our production lines for fire sleeve have increased to 24+.
Thanks to the well organization of production lines, Hantai’s current firesleeve production capacity has increased by 30%.
More firesleeve production lines lowers a lot the frequency of switching product sizes and is better for production planning.
When it is time to switch the fire sleeve size, our workers have to stop and adjust the production machines and then test them to guarantee the smooth production process ahead. It usually takes us approx. 3-4 hours (half of the working day) to finish the switching and test process.
The lower switching size frequency helps with higher production efficiency.
