Exhibitions in the situation of COVID-19

Many business activities had to be paused due to COVID-19 pandemic in the first half of 2020. One of them is the exhibitions. For safety concern, it is not recommended to gather people in a relatively closed hall for holding exhibitions, when the COVID-19 situation is critical. Thanks to our domestic situation becoming more stable, some of the exhibitions are beginning to revive in the second half of year.

① Visitors must register online in advance, make an appointment for visit and get the Visitor E-card before visit.
② All exhibitors and visitors had to follow the real-name system requirement.entering the exhibition hall, it was a must to wear a mask, show health code and visitor E-card, have temperature measured not exceeding 37.3℃, and pass face recognition with ID card.

③ Real-time monitoring of people flow was implemented in the exhibition halls. People had to wear masks all the time and were suggested to keep a safe social distance.

④ Warm notice about pandemic prevention was placed at the main entrances and exits and public areas of each hall, and a medical team was outfitted in the hall to maximize the health and safety of exhibitors and visitors.
