Hantai’s fire sleeve is made from insulation materials: high grade E-glass fiber and silicone rubber coating through braided or knitted craft, so it works well in thermal insulation, which makes it suitable to protect and prevent hoses, pipes, wires and cables from the hazards of high heat and occasional flame.
However, some of these hoses, pipes, wires and cables are non-removable and difficult to disassemble. Or, some may need regular and frequent inspection or can’t be turned off. Therefore, Hantai produce three types of fire sleeves to meet the need of flexible and convenient installation. It is easy to install and dismantle Hantai’s velcro firesleeve, Hantai’s snap button sleeve and Hantai’s zipper firesleeve without deactivating the device or removing non-detachable hoses, pipes, wires and cables. Another advantage is that the sleeves can be installed on-site in the factory to ensure correct fit and structural integrity.
The size range of Hantai’s velcro, snap button and zipper firesleeves is from 3/8”(10mm) to 12”(305mm) and the sleeves have different expandability depending on the craft applied(braided or knitted).
